Bird Bowl

Early 20th century, very rare and unusual mini chromed metal bowl by the Austrian jewelry designer and architect Karl Hagenauer. Hagenauer enrolled at the Vienna School of Applied Arts alongside Josef Hoffmann and other famous Austrian artists. He took over the family business at the age of 22 and carried on the beautiful legacy of the well renowned Werkstatte Hagenauer Wien. The bowl is signed “wHw”.
